                雪菜筍絲面

                mg游戏平台生煎-雪菜筍絲面
                 
                所需食材:春筍2根、洋蔥半個、雪菜半包、色拉油適量、食鹽少許、雞精2克、姜5克、蠔油1匙、醬油少許、豬油 適量、小蔥1根
                 
                做法:1、春筍切片,洋蔥切絲,姜切絲蔥切段,裏幾肉切成絲,調入1匙蠔油抓勻腌制10分鐘以上;
                2、鍋中放油燒熱後,將腌好的肉絲再倒入少許油抓勻(防止粘鍋),放入鍋中滑炒,顏色一變馬上關火用余溫燙熟盛出備用;
                3、鍋中放水燒開後,入面條煮約30秒左右(根據面條粗細而定,粗面需適當延長時間),迅速冷水過濾備用;滑炒肉絲的鍋留底油燒熱後;
                4、放入春筍片翻炒;
                5、接著放入洋蔥絲姜絲雪菜和蔥段,一起翻炒1分鐘(可加少許水增加食材的濕潤度),倒入適量煮沸的開水,調入適量鹽,醬油;
                6、少許,雞精,燒滾後,放入氽過水的面條大火燒開放入滑炒好的肉絲關火即可。吃時,可依個人口味放適量豬油,灑適量胡椒粉。
